The money’s in smart work, not hard work

Connie was working 7 days a week and averaging only 4 hours of sleep each night. These long working days were taking a toll on her health and she was still not getting the results she needed to make her business successful.

Double your sales in one month – you quick fire action checklist

So don’t just wish for results like Connie’s. Go out and get them! If you can also double your sales in one month, it’s worth taking action.

And, the very first place you need to begin is by getting clear on; 

  1. Your overall business goals / business plan
  2. How you will strategically increase the average dollar spend per customer (i.e. see beyond the first transaction or your business will never be profitable)
  3. Achieving a product / service market fit
  4. Branding that resonates with your target audience
  5. Know what to do each and every day for at least a 30 day period to pivot yourself in the direction of new sales
  6. How social media, publicity, automated sales, direct advertising all fit together. None should be working out of sync with the others. If they are, your marketing strategy is broken and will only ever stall after mediocre results at best.
  7. Pick a strategy and stick to it. Flip flopping around from idea to idea because you have “bright shiny object syndrome” will send you broke fast. You must have the patience to refine a strategy until it works for you. Making small tweaks with each revision.
